YOUR TAX BENEFITS

Patronage (mécénat) is a tax scheme under the French law of 1 August 2003 that allows individuals to support and take part in the activities of the arts and culture sector.

Donations and contributions entitle individuals to an income tax reduction equal to 66% of their amount, up to a limit of 20% of taxable income. For companies, the tax reduction is 60% of the donation, whatever their tax regime (corporate or income tax), up to a ceiling of 0.5% of annual turnover. (Updated 13.01.21 — French General Tax Code.)

For every donation, you will receive a tax receipt.

‍

TGE / Cross-border donations are welcome. However, a European donor who gives through the Giving Europe network and wishes to receive a tax certificate in their home country cannot receive any of the benefits listed above, or any other.

Our environmental commitment

At the end of 2021, the eac. began its environmental transition. Awarded the label of national interest in January 2020, the art centre has formalised its approach by setting environmental targets. As a committed local player, the eac. wanted to place these concerns at the heart of its practices. The eac. is part of the Ministry of Culture's Framework for Action and Cooperation on Environmental Transition (CACTÉ).

Sustainable travel encouraged: 50% off admission when you show a public transport ticket valid on the day of your visit.
