Exhibition access for people with reduced mobility : the eac. pays particular attention to the accessibility of its spaces and to welcoming people with disabilities, to make it easier to reach the different exhibition spaces.
• Widened entrance doors • Wheelchair access ramp on the château esplanade side • Lift serving all floors and exhibition spaces • Accessible toilets • Stairs with handrails, contrasting step edges and tactile paving strips • Adapted reception furniture • Improved stair lighting • Folding seats available for visitors with reduced mobility.
The eac. is thus committed to an overall approach of inclusion, aiming to make contemporary art accessible to as many people as possible. These improvements increase the independence and comfort of visitors with reduced mobility, and adapted mediation also takes other forms of disability into account. Please note that, as the park is public, its "forest" area is not fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
